I had ordered a PLANT to be sent and instead was told they had received a basket of flowers? What? What I had been charged to my credit card and what I had ordered were two different things. Whatever you do, find another florist and don't use Blossoms in Arkdale, Wisconsin.
We needed an arrangement for a funeral in Adams and this is the only local florist. Had I had known the quality of this florist, I would have had our local florist put together the arrangement and brought it with us. The original customer service was good, however I am still waiting for someone to call me back to share how unhappy we were with the arrangement. We chose a green plant, a couple orchids and asked for fresh flowers as well. While the arrangement looked nice, it was not what we expected for the price we paid. The plant wasn't even contained in a pot, nor were the fresh flowers in any type of a water tube to keep hydrated. We also ordered another arrangement of various plants - looked ok, but certainly not impressed for what we paid. Extremely overpriced - quality just so-so. Definitely wound not recommend.
I ordered a specific arrangement and what was sent to the recipient was not even close. I have been ignored by the company for 4 months and now received an email from the OWNER completely plowing over my complaint and making excuses. Buy your flowers from somewhere else. Such a disappointment.
