I use Moundview for my GP and Wow! My Doc, she takes the time with me like I'm the most important patient. I actually went in for the flu and tuned out to be a terrible infection (which she tested for on the very first visit) and she called to make sure I got a coupon to lower the $700 in antibiotic cost to half of that! She went above and beyond. We are so lucky to have a hospital in our community.

Saw Dr. Alicia Fernandez, DO today and I have never been more impressed by a provider. Felt like she took the time to see me as a whole person instead of treating a symptom. She was also very friendly and gave me treatment options I could be comfortable with.
The last straw. I wanted this clinic to be my source of medical care services, but alas It has let me down on my prescriptions 3 times and that is unacceptable. These folks mean to do good and are real friendly and the place is spotless. Communication seems to be the problem here. I have had a total of 5 negative experiences. 2 billing, 2 medical, one referral concerning consulting a specialist. I live 1 block from Mound view. I now have selected a team 57 miles away that I hope will meet my requirements with a bit more concern for the patients needs. I squawked about Obamacare being lame but far better than NOTHING! The way Trump wants it. He is in bed with BIG insurance to enslave humans to hospitals, prisons, and some life or death financial decisions. This is wrong. Put healthcare first because without it we have nothing. Look at the rest of the worlds medical systems. Why can't we because of GREED
Wow, don't go to Adams Moundveiw Memorial Hospitals and clinic! You would be just wasting gas. I went in with knee pain to the E.R. took them 4 hours to find something, to make the knee pain go away. Then, I started seeing a Dr. there for the Knee Pain, he wouldn't give me the medicines they gave me in the E.R. He actually gave me something stronger. Later, they did an MRI, said he can't find nothing wrong. They push me out with no further help! I found out myself, whats wrong with my knee. Save your time and money, stay home diagnosis yourself. I'm almost certain that my (right ankle tibia having injury) have forced me to over work my left leg/knee it sore it has arthritis already and then, they pushed me out the door. I give one star for stronger medicine for awhile, as for Physics they fail tear ably , Geometry fail as well.
We had a great experience. We got in, my son was seen and stitched up in like 15 minutes. Pleasant people and quick service.
